The Creuse river:

A very beautiful river flowing through Le Blanc. It is situated in the Brenne natural park (in the center of France), 60 miles south of Tours, 35 miles west of Chateauroux and 35 miles east of Poitiers. It can be navigated all year round and it is equipped with kayak and canoe slides, this making it an even more pleasant trip allowing you to almost never get out of the canoe / kayak during your excursion. We can propose you different canoeing journeys between St. Gaultier and Descartes.

Small half day canoe journey on the Creuse:

The Anglin river:

Small river a bit wilder than the Creuse, slithering its way through the south of the Brenne. Paddling down this unspoilt river you will glide between castles and lime stone cliffs and while picnicking on the river bank you will meet the king fisher and the heron patiently waiting for their next prey.
